Can I make a reservation for Pine View Campground?
Yes, Pine View Campground is open!  To make reservations, please call +1(608)388-3517 and we will return your call as soon as possible. 

Current Operational Changes due to COVID-19:

  • Masks are required in the office.
  • Maximum of six people allowed in the office at one time.
  • Please adhere to social distancing with other guests not from your household.
  • Comfort Stations are currently open.
  • Due to staff/office capacity limitations, we are currently accepting reservation requests Monday thru Thursday.  Weekend requests will be processed Monday thru Wednesday of the following week.


Can we use facilities within Pine View Recreational Area?
All facilities within Pine View Recreation Area are currently closed with the exception of hiking trails. If you choose to utilize the hiking trails, we encourage you to observe social distancing and take other precautions to protect yourself. We will continue to look for ways to responsibly make areas available for use. All updates will be shared via our MWR Facebook page.

I’m staying in MWR Accommodations, who should I contact if I need assistance?
You can call our MWR Hotline at extension 7400 or +1(608)388-7400 to reach our on-call MWR Manager for assistance. In the case of being locked out of your unit, you can call our lock out number at +1(608)633-6567.

Is the Rumpel Fitness Center open?
Yes, the Rumpel Fitness Center is now open under reduced hours and with limited services available. The atrium will remain closed until further notice, this includes the pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room. Fitness equipment has been spaced 6 feet apart and the social distancing will be strongly enforced. Masks will be required when entering and exiting the facility and while in the locker room. Masks do not have to be worn while exercising. Patrons are expected to wipe down equipment before and after use. Limited equipment available.

The fitness center is broken into sections, each with a marked maximum capacity. Large groups such as PT groups, basketball games, and fitness classes are suspended until further notice. Some fitness equipment is available for check out, this ensures that the equipment is clean when being picked up and cleaned upon return.

Resale items such as water, Gatorade, muscle milk, and energy drinks are still available.

The temporary exit for the facility is through the basketball court.
