Can an employee work another job while on paid administrative leave?

Yes, you can continue to work another job but you must be available for callback when notified of activities resuming.

Time Off Awards - Can awards that expire in July be extended?
At this time, there is not an exception to the use of those awards. Further guidance is pending.

 

Use or Lose Leave - Will there be an extension for Use or Lose annual leave?          There is talk of  that there will be an extension but further guidance is still pending. Please check the website regularly for updates.


When can an ill employee return to work?
An ill employee should  consult their physician. Once released by your physician you should contact their supervisor for further instructions.

You must log in to www.usajobs.gov to check the status of your application. Applications are valid for 90 days.

What does first cut off mean?
The hiring official is looking for a ready pool of applicants. They request applicant lists periodically and review those lists as the need for more employees arises.

What does intermittent mean?
That means this is a flexible position. At this time there are no guaranteed hours and no benefits for a flexible position.

How long before I can start working?
