Heats will run every 5 -10 minutes starting at 10 am

Participants will receive water bottle, sweatband and medal - while supplies last

Additional Food & drink will be available for purchase

Showering station available - bring a change of clothes

$35 per person Military/DoD, $40 General Public until June 16, 2026
