MWR Accommodations are available at Fort McCoy. They are two story apartment-type buildings conveniently located a short walk from the Exchange, Commissary, Barber Shop, Clothing Sales, and McCoy's Community Center.
These single occupancy units are for long-term stays. Tenancy is available to Military Personnel on orders to Fort McCoy and Civilians/Contractors working on Fort McCoy. Minimum stay of more than one month is required. These units are not available for short term stays such as TDY to Fort McCoy. Short term lodging is available via IHG.
Some furnishings are provided, along with refrigerators. Lodging rooms have a common kitchen and laundry room.
Occupants must provide their own TVs, bed linens/pillows and towels.
