According to the AARP, the “sandwich generation” is traditionally defined as those who have a living parent and are either raising a child under age 18 or supporting an adult child. But let’s broaden that definition for family caregivers, all of whom are sandwiched between multiple responsibilities. This class will offer caregivers helpful information and tips, along with opportunities to share, ask questions and participate in meaningful discussion.

TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:
• Changing Roles & Responsibilities
• Coping with Stress – Finding Balance
• Communication Challenges: Siblings & Family Members
• Getting Connected - Supports and Services
• Importance of Self Care
