Examine and strengthen your emotional, Family, physical, social, and spiritual resiliency dimensions of strength.
- Explore various activities to include: quilting, canvas painting, chair yoga, quilling, latch hook, nail art, rubber stamping, and journaling.
- Bring that project you have that you never seem to find time to work on and/or learn a new skill.
- You will be provided with a large work space for the day.
- Bring a dish to pass/snacks to share along with the recipe. Bring your own drinks.

Workshop open to participants 12 years and older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited! Only Military registrations until Jan 10. Civilian registrations begin Jan 11 if space available. All registrations close Feb 2 - late registrations will NOT be accepted.
