Mind-Body Workshop

This workshop is based on the latest scientific research showing emotional intelligence can be improved through practicing mind-body techniques.

The goal is to build awareness of the physical and emotional reactions to stress and trauma; encourage calm and effective responses to stress; and teach appropriate self regulation and self care.

This training is a collaborative effort between the American Red Cross and Army Community Service for the benefit of the Fort McCoy community.

Class will be held from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. Free lunch buffet with drink provided to all registered attendees at 11:30 am. Workshop is limited to 20 participants.

ACS events are open to Military, Retirees, Civilian workforce, Family Members and registered Fort McCoy Volunteers, unless otherwise stated. Employees must contact
their supervisors regarding dismissal from work centers.
