Sponsorship is a Commander’s program that:
• Assists Soldiers, civilian employees and Families during the reassignment process.
• Improves unit or organizational cohesion and readiness.

Please register NLT 1 week prior to training.
Units may schedule unit sponsorship training by completing the Training Request Form 6 weeks in advance. Form may be found at www.mccoy.armymwr.com under
Facilities & Programs, Army Community Service, ACS Newsletter & Training Request.
ACS events are open to Military, Retirees, Civilian workforce, Family Members and registered Fort McCoy Volunteers, unless otherwise stated. Employees must contact their supervisors regarding dismissal from work centers.
