10:15 am: 5K Run and 2 Mile Walk
Return registration form to the Rumpel Fitness Center. First 100 participants to register will receive a FREE T-shirt. Prizes awarded for run only.
11 am - 1 pm: Area Business Showcase
Learn about fitness and health services available at Fort McCoy and the surrounding community...including nutrition, health screenings and information on new products.
11 am - 1 pm: Food Available for Purchase
12 pm: “Weightloss for Wellness” Winners Announced
