Join us during your lunch hour and take time for you. Learn how to counter the effects of stress in the body with guided meditation.

The class will be presented by Alex Anton who is a Military wife, mother of 2 beautiful children and is certificated as a Meditation Teacher by the Natura Training Institute of Nature Healing Meditation. She currently teaches meditation at the Yoga Leaf in Tomah.

ACS events are open to Military, Retirees, Civilian workforce, Family Members and registered Fort McCoy
