Inclement Weather Plan

The ACS offices are open weekdays from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM by appointment.

For emergencies please call the following numbers:

If one of the following conditions exist, inclement weather plan will be activated (delayed opening or early closure):

1.  A winter storm warning is put in place by the National Weather Service that predicts greater than 4 inches of snow or icy road conditions, and travel is not recommended by the national weather service.

2.  Tomah and/or Sparta School Districts close school due to severe weather forecast.

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled because the office is closing due to inclement weather, the customer will be contacted via phone.

If an ACS class needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather the patrons will be contacted via phone.
